Here are some regulation sized corn hole board made from 2×4’s and 1/2″ Plywood.
Plans were found from yellawood for free. You can download those plans here.
I then masked the areas that I wanted to keep natural before spraying the Mahogany stain using an HVLP sprayer.
I moved the pieces outside to spray with stain and polyurethane.
3 coats of poly with a light sanding using 220 grit between coats.
After the poly dried I rubbed in some paste finishing wax to help game play.
